working principle

      Bulk materials are added to the hopper, and each time unit is continuously fed and processed. The weight feed rate is calculated by synchronous sampling and weighing process measurements. The actual feed flow is determined by the weight reduction in the unit time. The propeller speed is adjusted accordingly. If the material bulk density is the same, the feeding accuracy can be ensured even without weight feedback.

The LW weightless scale has a flexible outer wall, external mixing, feeding elements and an extended hopper. In order to adapt to the feed flow and application, the extended hopper can be used in different specifications. The single-screw feeder with replaceable weighing tools is installed on a weighing bridge. The weighing bridge is stainless steel, the measuring housing is completely closed, and the material contact surface is all stainless steel. The horizontal agitator gently sends the bulk material to the large guide trough and enters the auger. The feeder screw propeller is easy to replace.

Weighing controller components can be installed on the scale body or independently. The device complies with CE standards for EMC and safety.
