The belt can be actively cleaned. A plow-type cleaner is used to clean the internal belt before the driven wheel. A polyacetal resin blade is installed on the main roller side to clean the material surface of the belt.

how to work

BW weighing feeder is used to convey accurate material flow. The system consists of three parts: a weight and speed detection device, a weighing controller, and a mechanical conveying system.



The material passes through an adjustable mechanical shaping door to stabilize the material flow of a specific particle size at a suitable height.

The belt is driven by an AC motor and a matching helical gear worm reduction device. The weighing controller can automatically adjust the belt speed to obtain a suitable flow.

With belt weighing and belt speed sensors, a small increase in total weight will be measured and the flow rate will be calculated. The measured flow is compared with the set flow, and then the weighing controller PID-adjusts the belt speed.
